Purchased a engine performance chip for my 2012 dodge challenger 5.7 hemi. Installed as per sketchy instrucutions give. car did drivie normally with zero power increase and a loss of abougt 2 mpg.,
after about 3 months the check engine light came one. so since the car was under warranty I took to dealer to check it out. Luckily the tech let me in the bay where he informed my that any modifications to the cars computer voids the warranty. He wasnt' a servivce manager and I slipped him a 20 he removed the chip and restored the wiring to co. specs so my car is now back under warranty. Engine performance chips are nothing more that a 2 in piece of place with a sliding performance scale from 1 to 7 and taps in vehicles and will void your warranty. My car comes with a 0-60 timer and my time inproved by .20 mph without the chip and mileage is increased as well. my advice to anyone purchasing any product from engine performance chip go take the money you were going to spend and donate to your favorite charity as their products are junk and no absolutly nothing for the performance of your car.

As we have previously mentioned, we would have gladly returned this customers full purchase price if the order was returned to us according to our return policy. We have not received anything back from this customer, and we were never contacted via telephone for a return. This individual didn't allow us to find a resolution either. Now he is spreading miss-information about our product.
We believe that this case isn't about the product at all, but rather its about the payment not being refunded. That being said, we can not issue a refund for a product that the customer has not returned. In addition to the fact that order is 4 months old. We honestly and truly strive to provide the best customer service possible.
Our products range from air intake systems to spark plugs. We stand behind these products and only represent the top brands. This individual is spreading information about these products that is simply not true.
This customer has never supplied us with one piece of evidence to support any of his claims. The fact is, we have customers who have dyno tested their vehicles after installation of our products. They reported back to us with some very good results. To automatically assume that his vehicle is faster without high performance modifications is not reasonable. These products have been used by race teams, professionals, and enthusiasts world-wide.
Our feedback from actual customers is what we stand behind. They have used our products with success and they report their actual thoughts. That is what makes our job rewarding in the end.
Finally, we never once mentioned that our product lasts only four months. This is a miss-leading statement. In fact, the employees working here have had the products installed for over 2 years without any issues. I work here, and I can attest to that fact.
We would have loved to work out a resolution with this customer, but unfortunately he did not allow to do so. Had we been contacted with a reasonable resolution we would have certainly accepted that.

The dodge technician showed me the actual computer printout showing that the chip was causing the defect. The chip was removed and no more check engine light and vehichle goes into fuel saver mode just as it should. Fact. This chip voids the factory warranty, any chip that alters the factory set perameters of the computer voids the warranty. Fact I'll put a identical vehicle next to mine one with chip and one without and winner gets the pink slip. this company puts out less than par parts. They have a high rating because every single time you call them they ask "based solely on the information I have provided you are you satisified", had they asked are you satisified with out product the answer would definately be no. As the owner of the company said his product lasted about 4 months. Not a very long life span for a high quality korean product. Dont buy from this company.

This customer requested a refund for a order that is four months old. He doesn't have his original payment credit card anymore, he hasn't sent us the product back, and he never allowed us to resolve the issue for him. Prior to his demand about a refund, he never contacted us via telephone or email about any problems associated with our product.
We have one of the most lenient return policies. Our customers have 30 days to return a product to us - no questions asked. Our customers constantly compliment us on our easy return policy. Unfortunately, a four month old order that has not been returned to us is out of our return policy.
Like any reputable merchant, we have our policies, terms and conditions, return policy, and privacy policy clearly on our website. In addition, we require that our customers accept these terms before checking out. Therefore, this customer clearly knew the policies before placing the order.
The customer, in his report, clearly explained that he had the product on his vehicle for three months without any issues. It is wrong to automatically assume that our product caused his check engine light.
We provide detailed, illustrated instructions with our product to make installation easy. In addition, we offer free technical support for installation via email or phone. This is to ensure our customers have the tools to install our products effortlessly.
Finally, his claims that our products made his performance worse are not accurate. Simply stated, we have hundreds of positive reviews on our products that have come from people around the world. We have never heard that our product decreases performance - this is not accurate information. Our products have been installed by authorized Chevrolet dealerships on brand new Camaros. They told us that our product will not void out the warranty.
The information provided by this customer is simply not accurate.
