Im no longer a internet ordering virgin and my first experience was terrable.I learned a very important word that is,research.Just like virginity,once youve given your hard earned money to the pricks i ordered a hid kit from its gone forever.After eight days of waiting, my kit finally arrived in a thin cardboard little box with nothing but the postage slip on it.There was nothing to verrify what was in the box or where it came from.The box was crushed on one side and whene i checked its contents there was nothing identifieing what was in the kit or if the crap i got was even for my car.To make matters worse,there werent any install instructions anywhere.So after having no luck getting the headlight bulbs to fit because they were simply the wrong freaking ones and so was the plug that came in the kit.The first really obviouse clue proving this buisness was strange was the hid bulbs had nothing at all to protect them from being damaged like every other kit in the world does.After i e mailed them telling them they sent me the wrong kit they e mail me back saying that they made no mistake,the bulb fits and so does there plug because thats what the database they refrence has told them and i sent the wrong info to them.I dont know about anyone else, but now im pissed.I managed to maintane my composure long enough to calmly email them back and tell them that no matter how hard i tried,neither bulb or plug had all of a sudden seemed to fit because they said it would and if they would please
send me what i ordered or the vehicle that this kit fits.I know asking for a vehicle was a long shot but after getting a reply like that i didnt think my suggestion was unrealistic either,they must have concidered it because it took two days before they replied telling me to retutn the kit and purchase the one i want and they will send it to me."WHAT"............????? HOLY SH#*,DUUUUUUUUUU YA O.K .which is how you will feel if you order anything from marshans.

Thanks for issuing your report.  We also believe in fair, objective, and secure business practices.  We respect your right to your feelings about the product in question.  However, you are missing some vital information in your report.

Firstly, this customer didn't provide their information, but we believe this customer is from Canada.  Shipping internationally takes a minimum of 7-10 business days.  We ship via fast airmail with tracking, and sometimes customs can take 48 hours to clear a package.  We can provide proof of the shipping speed if the customer provides us with that information.

Secondly, hid lighting systems are just like any replacement headlight bulbs you purchase from Autozone, Walmart, or Pepboys.  There are never any installation instructions included with those bulbs.  The same with a hid lighting system.  This is due to the fact that many vehicles use the same bulb types.  How install a new light bulb with be in the owner's manual of your vehicle.  Additionally, we always send free technical information and assist with installation over the phone.

In some cases, mechanical ability is needed in order to get to the bulb for replacement and that is why we recommend professional installation. Without the necessary installation experience or mechanical ability a novice home mechanic might not have the necessary skill set to install these products.

In order to make sure we send the right bulb type, our information is double-checked through the largest and most accurate database known to exist.  Frankly, we don't want a customer to receive the wrong bulb type and that is why we double check our information.  In this case, we are certain that someone verified the bulb types with this customer.  That is our first way to resolve the situation.

As you can see, this customer's experience is certainly one of a kind.

We always maintain a professional business and we believe that we did the same in this situation as well.  We try, with absolute diligence, to resolve our customer issues in a timely manner.
