I came across this site only after some intense searching for more information about Enigin PLC.  Even more recently the entry from Spaniard (Barcelona).  How sad that Mr. Wrigley who is the Managing Director either could not or would not even offer the courtesy of a reply.   Enigin is crafty in the way that they are able to hide most of the negative information that can eventually be found on the internet.  They must spend hundreds of thousands of GBP (Sterling) just to make sure their managed sites get preferred search Enigin coverage.  There appears to be MANY sites under their control.  Any legitimate provider would not require such a tact.  Most of the junk provided on these trojan sites is gibberish and surely designed to distract from genuine information seekers.

I too have been deceived by Enigin.  Shamefully, the story has been repeated here and in other formats that have mostly been muted due to creative SEO methods.  Their program speaks of a "business opportunity" where you can earn millions, with world class and unique technology, cutting edge, be a part of the latest rush, "profit with integrity" and etc, etc, etc.  All of that is really cool except none of it is true.  The only people earning any significant money are their Directors (and yes, a value into the millions but it is not from product sales) but 30,000 - 50,000 GBP from the pension and college funds of many well intended people. Not cutting edge technology but technology and products that have been around for years and decades. Because most of the products are branded, they can be obtained through multiple resources in most corners of the globe.

Here is how it works:  
1)They get you to fly to a remote site (England mostly, NY and Florida I am told).  They put you in a tiny room in a rented space where you are not encouraged to interface with other attendees.  Some may be from your own territory as they do not exercise territory discernment. As long as you have a the fees necessary, you are qualified.
2) The first day of the seminar is free where you will have a day of exciting conversation and learn of generic product information and feel good business concepts.
3) To stay for the subsequent days -you will need to put up your full deposit.  They say it will be refundable if you are unsatisfied within X period but good luck getting hold of your ever-so-kind Salesman within this trial period.  Hmmm.  
4) On the final day and almost to the very last item, you might gain access to your CRM of (ECOS) so you can begin to see the pricing of their borrowed technology.  Only then to find that the pricing is way above market value robbing you of any chance that you will be successful in your new business.  And to make this insult worse, Enigin will tell you that it is YOUR FAULT that you cannot be successful.  

I am fairly sure that not even one Enigin Director can be or has been successful operating an Enigin distributorship, the very product that they are selling.  Their website states: some 30 odd years in the business?  Not an Enigin business and not in this decade.  Follow the history of Enigin back to its roots and you may find a pattern of how this business is run.  The names may changed but the program repeats itself.

I want for nothing to do with Enigin as they had ample opportunity to do what was right.  My only hope is to shine light onto this darkness and to help others to make an informed choice.  Unfortunately for most, it will be to late.

Yes the energy saving business is a good business to be in.  It sounds like you are happy with the products and service that you are receivng.  This was not my experience.  Unfortunately, I chose to partner up with Enigin for my business.  At the time I signed up, Enigin offered a mix of bespoke technology that they presented as their own.  Then offered no technical and minimal support.  When I complained and asked for a refund of my deposit, they were no longer available to discuss the matter.

I  continued with their business model onlyas long as I could only to be plauged with poor order fulfilement and extremely long delivery times.  How is that for service?  Not what I had expected to an investment of over 30,000 Pounds Sterling.  Within a couple of months, they sold my territory to another distributor.  I am now stuck with a bunch of dated, overpriced product that has no street value.  Enigin has long since switched off access to my ECOS account and has offered no medium to recoup a complete loss.

On a positive note, I have replaced many of Enigin's products using equal technologies available on the open market.  Most of these with direct access to the actual manufacturer and I have been able to recieve proper technical support.  Enigin offered no additional value.  Delivery =poor, knowledge of products = poor, response time = poor.

Outstanding Products

To whom it may concern. Let me tell you that for me creating my own business is a first.  I know it is a big challenge, but with the right business proposition (energy savings), the right products and the support from Enigin, it seems like the goal is closer than any of the other business ideas I considered before.

I found the training and available material very enlightening in terms of the knowledge required for an energy saving business.  It has complemented my business skills with technical knowledge, selling knowledge and most important with the right attitude required to succeed in any business.  

I recognise that not everything has been perfect and that there have been potholes in the road, but we have been able to fix the problems we have encountered and have maintained the required level of communication required for this type of situations.  I would like to thank all the Enigin team for the support that I have received for the last six months.  

Even though my first sale took longer than I planed, I feel comfortable in the sense that this business and my choosing of Enigin as a partner in this journey, will end up in a success story for me and my family.

Please keep the good work in supporting your distributors and the investment in the technology and development Enigin´s outstanding products, as it is crucial for the success of distributors like me.
