When I originally signed my contract with Enlighten Laser we agreed to an 18 month time frame for the services to be performed in. I asked the sales person Kate Heath specifically what happened if an appointment was missed, or if visits were scheduled more than 4 weeks apart. She assured me many times that it would extend the contract time for the services to be performed.
There were several times that the appointment time had to be changed, and many of them were due to Enlightens scheduling me with the wrong laser, and them not having an appointment time available for over a month. I missed 2 of my appointments. Documented in their computer they tell me that there were no appointments rescheduled, except for the 2 I missed. I was also scheduling my appointments every 5 weeks instead of 4, based on my hair growth.
No one bothered to tell me that I would lose appointments at the end of my contract for this. Whenever I asked they would just tell me how many treatments I had remaining. I have tried to contact the owner, who will not call me back. Instead he has the office girls call me and tell me my contract is complete, and if I would like more treatments I can pay $50.00 per treatment. In my contract it is stated at $25.00, but again no one will talk to me about that.
I also requested a copy of my contract and all documents that I signed when my contract started to compare to my paperwork. I was told that I could not be given those documents. Very unhappy with this company! I also checked the Better Business Bureau, and they have several complaints against this company, and none of them were ever responded to by Enlighten Laser.
