I was hit at the back at a stop sign. Enterprise immediately withdrew $500.00 from my account. The damage was minimal but enterprised billed me $1,380.00 for a very minor accident. The insurance company of the at fault Driver paid enterprise in Full. Now I am having problem getting My $500.00 back. I was told by a MR David Hollingsworth that It would Take 21 business days to get the check written to me and 5 business days to be mailed to me.This is insane. I am quite worried that they will hold on this check for as long as they can. They have no regards for their customers. They are nice to you when they are taking your money and become rude when they have to refund it back to you.
