My experience with this Enterprise has been difficult to say the least. When I rented the car an agent came out and inspected the car in a quick manner with a dent indentifying tool, however, he did not look at the under trimming of the car or the closer inspection to wheel wells or roofing. Upon returning my car, the service representative quickly located the dent/ damage to the small area just beneath the passenger door (but not located on the door). I did not have the necessary knowledge to identify all the damage to a car especially in this particualr region. I did not drive the car to anywhere in paricular that could have caused this damage and could not have been caused by another car impacting it. During my rental of the car I did not get into anay accidents. Now the company is demanding I pay, despite having a sub par pre-inspection by the attendant. I should not have to be held responsible for damages to a rental that was not properly inspected. After speaking to the manager of this business he refused to budge and stated that even if the vehicle was inspected and released by both parties it was my responsbility.
