picked up a red ford economy car on thursday june 6, 2013. no apparent damage to vehicle. returned vehicle on tuesday am june 11,2013. no damage to vehicle. the sales person said the driver side door did not line up perfectly with the rear door and i must have had an accident. i checked the door i could not see any damage to the door, no paint chips, no dents, no scratches, no evidence of any other vehicle having hit the door. sales person said i must pay for damage. he took all my paper work and said he could not give me a receipt as the "computers are down" he said he would have someone look at the "damage" and get back to me. I did not hear from anyone until i received a fedex packagecontaining arequest for an Incident Repot. There was no incident and i cannot comply with the request.
I called the Damage Recovery Unit and was referred to someone in Oklahoma who referred me to this site. they are unable to provide me with damage report at this time. I believe they are trying to Rip Me Off and my insurance company.
The salesperson was angy because i did"t buy their insurance.
