I have rented from Enterprise for about 6 years. Any time I needed my car for longer I just extend the contract or tell them I need it longer and when I turn the vehicle in it is paid in full. I had previously rented a car at this same location and had the car a month and was charged $567.00 I had orginally only reserved the car a week. I go back recently and I only needed the car a few days which ended up being longer due to both cars going down at the same time. I was charged $403.00 for ONE WEEK. Then the rude guy chris threatens me etc and say I owe them money and to bring them their car and that he wont honor ANY discounts although I rented with the $30 off a week.(Chirs stated my card declined etc. I provided another card although my bank showed it was 10 times that amount in there so I dont know who they were trying or even if authorization attempt was ever made) Everytime I tried to talk to this man he was rude so yes I stopped answering the phone you have a credit card with 5000 on it and he said he cant run it???? since when????? You will not threaten me and talk to me like a piece of crap when Ive given you everything to settle up my account. Obviously if someone still has your crappy cars that need maintanence they need it. So yesterday the car was towed. My son and 5 of his friends witnessed the tow truck driver literally dragging the car. There is NO DOUBT the front end will be damaged. Too bad at the time we werent thinking to take pictures and post all over the internet to prove the shady actions of enterprise because they have crappy service, crappy contractors and they try and stick it to the consumer. I will NEVER rent from them again and advise anyone to go somewhere else even if they are slightly higher...it will be worth it.
