I was completely baffled at receiving a claim in the mail from Enterprise.  It's been over 4 months after dropping off the rental vehicle and after several phone calls the day after dropping the vehicle off, I was told that I the damage to the car was NOT my responsibility as it was ALREADY on the vehicle before I received it.

This is completely ridiculous in every sense.  On the damage report, they added a BUNCH of addition repairs and charges to the repairing of the vehicle.  

I TOLD the employee that first gave me the keys to the vehicle to write all the damages in the damage report.  He told me, "Here at Enterprise, we don't look at all the small details."  I insisted he would write it in his report, but after receiving such a hefty claim, I doubt that was true.

After looking into further detail on the claim, the Date of Loss for my claim was 5 days BEFORE I brought the car back and received my personal vehicle AND they spelled my name wrong on every paper that I've received from them. 

This needs to be addressed and stopped.  Now.
