on my next american express bill charge for $1084 appeared,which i disputed.EBG sent a letter to amx saying that at purchase i was told no refunds even if flight cancelled by weather. i was never told an act of god,which i have no control over would cost me my money!
this company knows if consumers were told at purchase time of this severe penalty they would wait until day of flight to protect thier money.this would cause booking problems for any company.this is DISHONEST!
