environmental products international inc they said that i ordered the product and i never recieved it .... they said that fed-ex will have to come to my door but at the same time the letter says that i acknowlwdge del by ups. i never reciev fairview, New Jersey

today i recieved a letter stating that i am being taken to collections . i called them and told them that i never got it and that i was not going to pay for something i never recieved.
they were rude and starting yelling at me telling me that i could pay for it now and after the investagation they would repay me back the money.... i dont think so
then after that they told me that fed-ex has to come to my door to verifey that i got the product. but at the same time the letter says that i acknowledge delevery by ups. and at the same time i never got it .
this company is nothing more than a scam company .
watch out for these people.
