This is the worst internet facial products rip off I have ever occurred.  Not only does their product(s) not do what it claims, when you order your 14 day "trial" it starts on the day you make your order, not the day you receive the product.  They do not tell you in their advertising how much the product will cost you if you do not cancel in 14 days, which is actually more like 9 or ten days.  THE COST IS $99

When you call, you will get a reprsentative who speaks with such a thick accent that you have to repeatedly ask him to repeat what he said.  They do not have supervisors who have any authority to refund you more than half of what you have already been charged (because your 14 day trial is a lie and you are already late in calling them).  

So no matter what you will be out $50 plus whatever you paid to have it shipped in the first place.  AND they will take up to TEN working days to refund your money.

Better keep your money in your bank.  A hard expensive lesson for something which does not work.
