Epay Pros, I have been trying to get these people to replace this machine since December 2008 when Chris Sawyer told me by phone that he was sending someone that day by 2:00 PM, since then he will not answer or return any calls by his cell phone or by Epay Pros business phone. They are also giving a bogus address on their web site. I went over to the dawsonville address in january 2009 and they had moved in December of 2009 with no return address. They also charged a $95.00 A YEAR service fee which was not in the contract and doubled the per transaction fee from $.10 to $.20 and raised the percentage rate per transaction.

Epay Pros has called and said they would release from my contract with them and Finacial Services with no rebutal and send me a new machine for the problems I have had with their services. At thid point I will be Satisfied.
