My story from Fargo ND is similar to the rest. I took the problem to the Attorney General in Minnesota in 2002 which was a total waste of time and energy. They gave me no help. I spent a lot of time developing a website that was never published, was scammed for a lot of money through the website and ePenzio and have nothing to show for it. I just found out a debit on my bank account is from PenzPay which I never approved. I will have to use a stop payment and pay a fee of $20 to get it stopped.
These people are truly scam artists. I would be interested in any class action lawsuit or any other advice on how to get my money back or to stop them completely from ripping off other innocent people.
