This is absolute bulls**t. This kind of customer service can't be real...
He keeps using profanity and calling me names and refuses to send me my $14.99 back. I will definitely let everyone that I can know about epicmmo.com. I read some positive reviews about the company but now I'm starting to think they were paid reviews.
He also told me "you don't know s**t" "you can't do anything" like a little child.. is this for real? How the hell can customer service seriously act this way?
Jim - Snowy935 - Accounts Manager:WHY WOULD I WANT TO DEAL WITH AN IDIOT LIKE YOU
Jim - Snowy935 - Accounts Manager:we chargeback our credit card company
Jim - Snowy935 - Accounts Manager:you will lose the dispute i 10000000% guarantee it
Jim - Snowy935 - Accounts Manager:shows how much you know
Jim - Snowy935 - Accounts Manager:or you can stfu right now and we can start over
I'm so pissed off right now. Since he thinks I'm a "nobody" and there's nothing I can do, I guess we'll just see about that. I am the last person they are going to screw over/scam.
