the work was to be completeed by nov 1 2012 NATE BIRKMIER took our 2632.00 deposit and cashed it the same day.
well here it is dec 22 2012 and not a speck of work has been done NOTHING AT ALL
he will not return calls we have madde about 100 calls to him and left many messages.on dec 22 2012 i called the kasnsas office number and nate birkmier answered the phone erc construction can i help you...i have made enough calls to recognize his voice he recognized my voice and i also told him who i was .
HE DENIED IT WAS HIM OR THAT IT WAS EVEN ERC CONSTRUCTION.
i told him i knew it was him and asked when our work was gonna be done or when he was gonna refund our deposit he then started saying helllo helloo hello like he could not hear me b.
my husband just had spinal surgery so way to go nate birkmeier and erc construction on totally screwing over a person who has a handicap and being a damn thief

If you dont have both of those things or dont feel like doing the court thing, then the second choice assumes you have a big burly friend or relative and know how to use Zaba search to get the scumbags address. Have big burly friend or relative go there, and in the absence of any witnesses, he delivers what we call the "get even by bouncer method", in which the creep is grabbed by the scruff of the neck, asked how much that money is worth to him and if the answer isn't the right answer, the idiot gets banged off of every wall of the room at least 3 times per wall and twice or three times more on the floor. Leave no fingerprints. This usually cures this sort of "business" practice. I've heard that it does from people who've used that method. Just remember...keep it anonymous; and demand a play by play description of what happened - in private. Don't be a milquetoast.
