Erica Brachfeld Brachfeld Law Group, Midland Funding, LLC Falsified documents submitted to court to collect credit card debt El Segundo, California

I have just been served by attorney Erica Brachfeld on behalf of Midland Funding for collection on a credit card debt.  The summons listed an amount they claim is due with no evidence to support the claim.  The process was sub-served to my wife who declined to give her name to the server. 

In reviewing the LA Superior Court records case summary Proof of Service says it was sub-served on Lisa (last name withheld for this posting).  That is not my wife's first name nor has there ever been anyone by that name at my residence.  Clearly the process server made up this name and filed it with the court.  Further, in reviewing the documents submitted by Brachfeld it is clear that the documents were signed by a stamp. 

Does anyone know if either or both of these facts support a dismissal of the law suit?
