Erich S Threatening call from an alleged IRS Agent Washington D.C.

On thursday 7 August I received a phone call at 3:50 PM CST (Voicemail and not heard until 6:00PM) from a male individual who identified himself as a Federal Agent witht he IRS.  My name nor my wife's name was ever mentioned.  The individual had a very thick accent and was difficult to understand.  He stated that there was a Felony Arrest Warrant for (no name mentioned) me and that my house/home property was also under investigation by the IRS.  He left a phone number and told me to respond immediately (202.241.2308).  I called this number at 6:30 PM and the answering machine picked up the call and the same sounding male said this is Mike and I am unavailable, leave a message and (I) will get back to you.  Never was the IRS Office mentioned or that he was an agent.  I have blocked his number from my phone.
