Carrier hauled a load of blueberries for us. We have the temp recording and pictures of the unit showing the spilled product. When the receiving staff went to open the truck, they found the reefer unit off and the doors wide open. Blueberries are supposed to be kept at temperatures between 31-32 degrees. However, the temp recorder shows that the temperature surpassed 61 degrees. Carrier claims this information is false but I have documentation to prove everything being claimed. I have and will continue to report this carrier until they reimburse us for their negligence. Do not use this carrier if you need refrigeration and for your product to be handled with care.
