Esp Global environment That company is selling service agreement for smog machine for close to $500 a month , they have very bad customer service, the lady could shout at you in the phone and even the service technician could delay your service if he don't like you for days, he $500 amonth and treat us bad, no other company support that machine,bad customer service , Hours waiting to got answered,days to technician to show up, customer service lady could shout at you on phone. Technician very rude , no supervisor or manager to report to. East Granby Connecticut
I have esp smog machine which getting services by esp global environment company(Opus inspection). I am getting charge close to $500 a month for warranty or service agreement in that machine. Any time i called that company to place a service call I need to wait at least hour or hour and ahalf. The customer service lady, answer the phone with rude voice , she shouted at me many times. I asked to speak with manager or supervisor and always she said no manager or supervisor available. The technician who get my service call could delay my service for days if he don't like me or for any reason , simply he can take different service call even I placed the call first. I remember last year , he called me saying he will show up in the evening to fix my machine,I was waiting for 3 days, then in the evening he called and said he is going in vacation and some other technician will call you tomorrow to let you know when he is coming. Always Technician show up with dirty clothes and very bad smell. Last time he shouted at me because I was asking him a question about my machine , he shouted saying don't ask me any question while I am working. When I complain he said simply I can leave and report that I don't have parts for your problem. Last week my machine had a problem and I placed a service call on line which will be easier than talking to a customer service, it is been 3 days today and no body show up. I called today in the morning , I asked the lady if the technician will show up today,the lady said I don't know but i will send a message to technician to give you a call, I waited for 4 hours no body call . I called back, after I waited 45 minutes on the phone finally the lady answered , I asked her could you please tell me if the technician will show up today , she respond quickly with rude attitude no he will not show up today, I told her but normally you call the technician first before you answer, she said your service call plased 2 days ago, so call us by tomorrow evening and she hung up before i even say any word.
Also it is not allowed for me to get the technicain phone number , even if he called , his number will show restricted ( block number).
I remember my old boss where I was working before , he was trying to sell his esp smog machine for the same reason, bad customer service, also i remember he had a big fight with the esp technician.
Esp global envoirnment take our money and give us very bad service , they knew that we stuck because no one support their machine except them. Machine coast alot of money. I was planning to sell my machine and buy different brand machine to get better service but it is hard to do that because that could put me out of work for a while.
