ESPN insider ESPN Insider premium fantasy program nationwide Nationwide

We use ESPN for our fantasy football league. The site is great but their customer service seems to be non existant. I purchased a premium insider package for $39.95 that was supposed to give me suggestions for my draft. My credit card was charged and I recieved confirmation that I had enrolled. On draft day when i hit the insider button it just kept asking me to pay again and now on my fantasy site it jsut keeps asking the same. I have tried a dozen times to contact customer sercice by phone. It just leaves me on hold for up to an hour before I hang up. I have also emailed customer service with no response. The compnay is either too big or too busy to repsond to customer complaints so I am left with nothing of vlaue for the money I paid.
