We purchased an item on March 15th, and received it March 19th. After showing the product to our customer, he changed his mind and we contacted the seller about returning the item. It took about two-three weeks to get an answer as to whether we can return the part or not (even though it states that he has a 30 day return policy). Once I mentioned that we may have to make a case against him, we were finally able to get a hold of the seller, he explained that we would have to pay the return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. Which we felt was fair.
We shipped the part via UPS. Have tracking showing that the seller received the part. Now it's been just about impossible to get the seller to communicate with us. All my messages get ignored and we are still waiting on credit.
Now it's well passed the amount of time to file a case against him. Is there anything we can do other than leaving negative feedback? We lost about $469.00 + the part.
I also have proof of everything we did, copies of our conversations, a tracking number, and proof of delivery.
