I invested with Navin Xavier and Essex Holdings for their Iron-Ore mining opportunity in Chile. I received the first three interest payments as agreed and as contracted by Essex. Since that time, more than one year has passed and I have received no further money and very little information from Dr. Navin. Four required payments have been missed. There have been problems with the mining operation, however in talking with other investors and learning more about Dr. Navin, it is clear he is a person of very little integrity, no accountability to his investors and at the very least a negligent financial manager. At worst, he is a thief. Typically when there are problems with an investment plan, the managers will over-communicate with investors. Dr. Navin has taken the opposite approach and provided almost no information, and certainly no timeline or plan for getting the investment back on track. I cannot recommend more strongly that you do not work with Dr. Navin and please do not give him money - he is not a person of integrity and not someone who should be trusted.
