We are not about to go back and forth in a forum such as this. Mr. B**** knows how to contact us if he needs us. We are done calling him and being yelled at and told that he will call us back and never getting a return call.
We are not any different than other companies in this industry. Every company gets their share of complaints. When we do, we handle them as quickly as possible. When Mr. B**** called with his issue, we returned his call the same day. We service hundreds of thousands of customers every year, more than 99% of those customers are very satisfied with our service, and very small percentage are unhappy. We do our best to make those customers happy, but unfortunately, there are some people you just will not please no matter how hard you try.
We also offer a money back guarantee to any one who is not satisfied with our service. Our support team is extremely responsive and answers support inquiries the very same day they are opened. Again, we have tried very hard to give Mr. B**** assistance with his problem, including numerous calls to him that have gone un-returned.

2. and yes they called numerous times, each time on a blocked number that doesn't even ring on my system. thanks. another time waster. it appears they are experts at wasting their own time as well as mine and hopefully not yours.
3. real simple, real quick (i am tired of wasting my time on this comedy act) my problem is still not solved. what does that tell you. how much time am i to devote to retrieving a lousy driver.
4. at this point all they have done is waste my time. Period. It's that simple.
5. the service is overly complicated and poorly supported. if you are thinking of using it. stop. turn and run the other way. waste your time evaluating another similar service. there is plenty of them.
6. your luck retrieving the right driver will greatly improve if you don't place your bet with these guys.
7. stop and think about it. They gave me such a run around i was willing to take the time to write this review in the hopes of saving somebody else the same hassle.
9 all you have to do is google them and you can see all the complaints placed against their service. i am not the only satisfied customer.

One of these occasions, Mr. Burton used foul language and told us to "stop f***ing calling him". On several other occasions, Mr. Burton said he would call us back because he was busy and he never did return our call.
Mr. Burton has been in the computer repair business for 25+ years, yet he wants us to believe that he can't figure out how to install a driver or send a simple email?
We have gone above and beyond to assist Mr. Burton with his issues, yet he continues to provide sarcastic and untruthful responses, including his ignorance on how to use our service that he has been a member of for many years.
I publicly urge Mr. Burton to contact me directly for help and I'm confident we can overcome all of his issues, as we have attempted to do several times before.
