Beware of this "tutoring" company. They will make continous charges to your credit card after multiple requests to terminate your "Trial Period," and you will not be able to get redress through your credit card company. They get you to sign up for Hebrew, Chinese, or other languages and charge your card  a "registration fee" for a "Trial" of 3 supposed free lessons, and then send you an email on the day of the online lesson to inform you that the instructor "had to cancel." By that time they have already charged your card a second time, even if you email or call them to cancel services.

Your credit card company will most likely not return the money into your account because it will be classified as "recurring" charges. Even four months after I have been fighting with my credit card company about this Ripoff, eteacher ltd continues to send me email with a "student number" even after I have spent countless hours trying to to get them to quit. Any email correspondence with them will be taken out of context and is construed by your credit card company to be a "service" and therefore they will deny your claim. Eteacher ltd has set up the perfect scam.

I have had to close my credit card account because after four months of trying to get my money put back into my account and the refusal of USAA bank to take action based upon 17 pages of documentation that I have sent them, eteacher has been enboldened to send me another email with a "Student" number on it! So I am out of the money and had to close the credit card account. Don't fall into this trap!
