Etourandtravel.com ripoff MISSREPRESENTED THEMSELVES ORLANDO Florida

Recently I purchased a vacation package through eTour&Travel.

I received my vacation package in Oct 2004. Several vacation plans were offered, however, I was only interested in using the Las Vegas Nevada vacation. The purchase price of this package was $396.00.

In Oct 2004 I called to make reservations for my planned Las Vegas vacation for Mar 2005. I was informed they did not take reservations that early, and to call back 60 days before the planned vacation. I returned the call in Jan 2005 to make the reservations in Jan 2005 and was informed the WORLDMARK TRENDWEST RESORT was all book up for the weekend of Mar 19-20. I was told I would be put up in the hotel Fitzgerald which was a comparable room as the TRENDWEST RESORT .

I informed eTours&Travel when I purchased the package, that I was cohabiting with my girl friend. I was informed I would need to have something with my name and her address on it"AMAILING LABEL", to confirm we were cohabiting.

When I got to my hotel room, I was informed by the company my driver license had to reflect my girl friends address or the package was not binding. Therefore, I was required to pay for the rooms at the Fitzgerald myself. This was an additional cost to be of $257.00. I am inserting pictures of the room they considered to be comparable.

After much discussion with eTours&Travle, I find out I cannot get a refund of the monies paid to them, however I could transfer my package to someone else. As if I would put someone else through this!

Due to the fact that my vacation is over and was badly tarnished by these events and I won't be using there package for any other vacations, I would like a refund of the purchase price of this package. I feel the contract was breached because they misrepresented themselves
