Euro-Pro Not honoring webpage offer None Nationwide

Tried ordering the basic Shark Lift-Away from the attached webpage.

The bundle package is NV8DRT01

Comes with: Powered lift-away Vaccuum
                     Lifetime VIP warranty
                     Steam Mop
                     Dust Elimiator Kit

Total price on Billing and Shipping webpage:  $249.75 + $19.98 taxes + $0.00 shipping = $269.73

Tried using the recommended Paypal method using a credit card. It verfies the paypal transaction and then kicks me back to the billing and shipping...and not the "comfirm" page (step 2 of the 3 steps).

Then tried using my credit card and not thru Paypal...again, it kicked me back to the Billing and Shipping webpage.

Repeated the process 3 consecutive days, with no success.

Contacted the online support to see if they could handle the transaction online. They could not identify the NV8DRT01 bundle package. So they suggested I clear my cache and cookies. I did, and repeated the process with no success. I tried it on my I-mac using Safari and I tried it on my PC via Internet Explorer...with no success.

I called the 1-800 number on the webpage and they also told me to clear my cache and cookies.

So I emailed the tech support and they returned a canned message one day later of clearing my cache and cookies.

Seems NOBODY in the company could handle the order over the phone or online.

Trying the phone number from the tv ad bundled package and it totaled over $300.

This company is a disgusting joke and uses the switch and bait method of pushing hard the professional model at well over $350.
