Europa Lounge,llc was started by 3 friends.Lorenzo, Danielle, & Tiffany. From June 5,2013 the whole project was funded by Lorenzo and Danielle, the only 2 working at the time. The 3 had come together in order to lease a Bar/Bistro and operate for 10 years together. In August,2013 Tiffany introduced Benny Kolb, her and sister Devin Kolbs father as an investor. After meetings between all we moved forward with Benny aka/ bkolb investments as an investor. after 3 weeks of operation Tiffany and family pushed the original investors out and stole all investments to enrich her and her family.

Benny Kolb, Marvin Mullins, Debbie Deville, Devin Kolb aka / Devin Mullins, and herself Tiffany Burckhalter aka/ Tiffany Kolb. They own and operate several companies such as; Bkolb investments, Green Footprint Energy aka GFE, Vale Professionals and now Europa Lounge. The business stolen according to the business plan all are in possession of is worth approx. 600k / yr, for a 10 year total of $6million. Unjust Enrichment. Theft of all investments made by Lorenzo and Danielle totaling over $20,000 not including gas and phone bill money to the President of Europa Lounge llc all summer long 2013. We wont sue to retrieve the funds we gave as a good jesture.
