The car was advertised for 29,995. I put down an 8,000 down payment. As I sat and waited for the "so called" paperwork to get finished ( which was a few hours), I was told by the salesperson "it's looking good, we're almost done". I wondered why the hold up but I just assumed maybe they were busy with other customers. Eventually I went into the not so nice finance guy office. I sat down along with my friend and we were shown an itemized list of charges on a computer screen. (Strange right?) Bank fee $895, Document fee $350, Discounted fee $1295, Service warranty $2943, along with over $2,000 for state tax and tags. So to my surprise most of my 8,000 would go down the drain. I immediately started asking this finance guy questions and he got snippey so I demanded my down payment back! The salesperson said don't worry I'll fix it we'll crunch some numbers. They did nothing but lie! They told me I could have a cheaper service contract for $1995 and if I didn't want it, I could cancel at anytime. So I agreed to the I didn't want the service contract at all but they lied and said if I didn't get it the bank would raise the interest rate (lie, lie, lie). The bank fees, they said were fees the bank charges (more lies). Discount fee; they should have just called that "MORE POCKET MONEY". This itemized sheet was never printed out for me. The sales contract doesn't have any of these itemizations. The price of the charge was inflated with all these bogus fees so my down payment could be pocketed! Crooks! When I call I get the run around, rude receptionist, very unprofessional.

I suggest u don't waste your time or money here. You will not be happy. Don't fall for it like me and end up paying legal fees. I'm even having trouble getting back the money for the bogus service warranty that Mercedes Benz won't even honor. This is a lesson learned don't choose this dealership. Be smart an auto loan from a credit union or elsewhere and then go to these dealerships (more like a car lot)if it's your last resort.
