This club is a complete joke & rip off.  On the phone, they won't tell you how much the club is.  You have to be interviewed to find out about it.  I went to the interview to inquire & was met by a high pressure sales woman who didn't take no for an answer when I told her I wanted to think about it as it was VERY expensive.  They asked very personal questions which I didn't think were relevant to being a member of the club.  The cost was very high...somewhere in the range of $1600 a year PLUS $25 dollars a month in dues. They try to con you with promises of a lifetime membership after 1 year or of you extra months of the club if you buy a one year membership.  PLUS you have to pay for a lot of the events on top of your membership fee.  So what are you really paying for??  I didn't find the events to be discounted at all for the various activities, horseback riding, cruises, etc.  In fact, I think they make it more expensive so that they take a cut from it.  The moderators that meet you at these events are college level people and I didn't think they were professional at all!  ALSO, the type of people in this club did not meet my expectations.   I was told they had a younger group of Members 30 - 40.  I found almost the entire club to be over 50 and more of a club of social misfits more than anything else.

After two months of belonging to the club, my boyfriend and I got back together and are now engaged.  I was told when joining if I met someone that I would be released from the club since having people that are NOT single is a violation of one of the club rules.  I had already put down a $500 deposit which they did not prorate even though I hadn't been a member for more than 3 months.  Now they are pursuing me & harassing me through a collections company trying to get me to pay $1000 or more dollars for the rest of the Membership which I effectively cancelled due to my relationship status.  When I called them to tell then I was engaged and wanted to cancel my
membership, they told me I had to finish my one year contract even though I was ENGAGED!  They tried to tell me I could bring my finace as a Guest to the SINGLES EVENTS!  What is wrong with these people??  Do yourself a favor & avoid this club.  It is an overpriced scam and the only thing you will be buying yourself is a bunch of headaches if you aren't satisfied or if you become engaged as I have.
