I have never seen such sloppy work.  It tookk me 5 weeks to get  a urn after I was promised the most it would take was 4 to 5 business days.  When I received the urn it had the wrong birth date for my husband.  It also was not what my children and I had designed.  HE was a marine and very proud of that fact.  We wanted The marine corps emblem to be predominate.  I was not asked but told that the name should be prominent.  When I told them that my husbands birth date was wrong i asked if we could change it.  I reported the date and Rick was told on Saturday that it had a wrong date.  I was told he would send a draft and this would be taken care of on Monday.  After many more phone calls and excuses and ame getting toataly upset why it was not done I received it on Friday.  He also had to fix the cross for my daughter cross as the diamond was not in the center of the cross.  I finlly received the cross 2 weeks laste aftr taking and stand and demanding either the cross or my husbands ashed and my money back.  No one apologized.  All i ever got was excuses.  I have never seen customer service this bad.  Be prepared to wait several weeks for mediocre work.  My husband dying has been a very hard road for me and then on top of it have to fight for everal weeks to get what I paid for is beyond insane
