It goes without saying that I did not get a call returned from Healing Arts Centered.
I tried to contact Eversave.com--no phone number is listed, only an e-mail. When I made the e-mail inquiry, Eversave's representative explained no refund would be given as I was not making the request within 30 days of my purchase. Well, I didn't have this issue within that window, and the massage therapist is not returning my call, or allowing me to make an appointment within the certificate window, despite my best efforts to make an appointment within the rules of the certificate. I believe Eversave owes me a refund.
Please assist.
