I purchased a controller from Evil Controllers right around Christmas 2012 and right out of the box there was something wrong with the headset jack because it wouldn't pick up my voice and all of my other controllers work fine with the microphone, it also already had damage done to the paint job on it right from the box. I decided I would continue use with the controller as I didn't need the mic a whole lot at that time and the paint was only cosmetic.

Fast forward to about a month ago, my left bumper button is worn down and I have to press harder to make it work and this became very annoying, this is normal in controllers but I have never experienced it to happen so fast, right about at the same time my bumper was going out my thumbsticks were wearing down and felt very rough to turn which I had never experienced with any controller before and after a closer look the edges of the controller had grinded into the thumbstick and made grooves into it, again something I have never experienced. 

I proceeded to contact Evil Controllers and they said send it in and we'll fix it all up, so I did just that. I sent it in and I was told I would recieve a call when it had arrived, I didn't get one so I called in and they had no idea where it was. Sure enough I got a call back and luckily they came across it, I was then told I would get a call to verify everything payment wise and the diagnosis of the controller. This also never happened. I called back 2 days later and the person who handled the repair calls wasn't available so the man I spoke to took a message and said the normal guy would give me a call back when he returned later on that day. Again, no call back. I waited another 2 days to call back and I spoke to a woman who took my information and found that my controller was still being assessed even though I was told it would only take a day or so after they received it, she told me I'd get a phone call once it was done and it's been 4 days since then and still no phone call. 

This exeplifies lack of communication to me and lying because I keep getting told one thing but it never happens. I love Evil Controllers but all of this has shown me that their customer service and product is far from satisfactory in my case. I would love to leave a good review but until this all gets resolved I can't do that.

I am happy that we were able to reach you. I am sorry for the confusion, as our Customer Service agents were contacting the number listed in the account, which appeared to be going to your mother. I spoke with Amanda today and everything seems to be sorted out, hopefully it all works out, if so I will stand by Evil as the #1 controller company! Will keep updates.
