EVO Canada scam, liar, false information Montréal Quebec

When we first signed our contract with EVO  Canada, we were told that if it was the service that was the problem, cancellation would be of no charge to us.

I called EVO on multiple occasions because our customers payments were not being processed and they were getting angry and we had a few people leave without paying because of this. When i explained this to the customer service person about my situation and that i wasnted to canel my contract because ive had it with their service, he bassically got mad at me because i didnt call when their was a minor problem.

Everytime I call, I'm on the phone on hold for over 20 minutes and the longest was over an hour but i had to hang up because i cant be on the phone waiting for someone to pick up when there are customers that need to be helped. I ended up sending an email to the company and when they called me back, the lady that helped me was just as rude if not more, blaming me for everything and calling me a liar. 

What ever our sales rep "Calvin Harris" told us was complete BS and this company is only here to scam small business owners.
