I rented a phone on Rome airport from Exactta and it didn’t work properly. I returned 3 times to the airport from a hotel 30 miles away, and finally I was able to return it. They stamp the receipt and told me I didn’t owe anything. When I returned home I checked the bank statement and found out that they charged me $155.00 for service that I never used. They don’t have any customer service, no one of the phones answer, they don’t answer the emails, too. It is a real fraud and I regret hundred times that I needed a phone at that time. All personnel are rude and impolite. They hide from the customers and steal their money. There is no one to contact anymore. They charged my credit card for nothing. It is a fraud company – never approach their kiosks.
