signed a contract on 6/5/2012 to remodel 2 bathrooms. work supposed to start appx. 2 weeks later. gave greg kohn $7,500 deposit. work did not start until october, 2012. he did 85% of work which he botched up several times. he has an accomplice robert bulnes who is incompetant and alaso a liar as is greg kohn. he still has not finished the small bathroom for which i have a signed and detailed contract for. kohn told me if i wanted to have the bathrooms finished i would have to give him the balance of my contract. he is nothing more than a thief and a liar. anything you see with either his name, robert bulnes, or any other names with exantus or best builders do not use. he has over 20 civil lawsuits against him dating back to 2009. he has lied to a judge about his assets. Do Your homework. before giving him a single cent.
