Take it from a past employee who knows Tim, Lydia and etm well.

Not only do they rip off talent but staff aswell!

The 'agents' never knew what they were signing into. Rather then helping people get work their job as an (agent) was to make sales!!!

Sales you ask?

YES they only got paid to make sales. Sales being for their 'development program'. (not a registration fee so they think they can get away with it)

Tim and Lydia sign amatures up and in some cases clearly know they are never going to make it in the industry. They will lie to you and tell you you are amazing so you sign up. They will tell you they will mentor you and help you to get started and get work in the industry. After your 10 week development apparently you will be signed exclusively and booked for work.

How when ETM has never had ANY paid jobs. Yes NONE.
After your development they will simply never return your calls. 

They say they mentor you. careful of this, how can people with no qualifications, contacts, training or experience possibly know how to or be qualified to mentor you. 

Once your on theyre program you will NEVER hear from them again because they are moving onto the next person in sales. 

Theyre offices are CALL CENTRES

They dont care about you!!

Al they care about is money and if that means they will rip everyone off along the way.

They promise big things and say they have bookers on board mind you no professional booker will every look at them because they are no bodies in the industry.

DO NOT give them money. After you pay they will tell you that theyre policy is no refunds AFTER you pay so you screwed. They say theyve already paid for your tools and profiles blah blah blah but really every cent goes to them not you.

Your development is: being given a bunch of photographers details ( who they have googled) and they will still charge you, then youll get charged for showreel and theyll direct you to a bunch of free websites that you can find without them and theyll tell you to find your own work. 
What did you pay for?
NOTHING

Mentoring and advise? Theyre not qualified or experienced. They dont know how to give advise or feedback. And even if they did they will never return your calls or contact you. 

NO ONE sign up they are bullsh*ting scam artists.
