Was looking forvinternet provider. Got the name Exede Internet from cable provider. Called them was told first 30 days are free. Package was 59.99+9,99 month. Oked order. Installer came on the 6th he said same first 30 days are free if you decide not to continue would not be additional fees. On the 8th Wildblue took 113.52 of bank account.  I called and told them about the bill. She started telling me about the fees,the package i ordered. So far everything she was saying was completely different then i was told. I then told her to cancel everything.she started telling me about all i owed and what i would be charged for.I fell lied to and trapped into contract.

Your problem is not with Exede

I am an Elite Dealer with Exede and can assure you that there are no programs to my knowledge like you described.  Unfortunately, if you were referred by the cable company, and their agents set you up, they may have mis-informed you.  To add insult to injury, the technician who came out may have been a contractor or someone who does installs for multiple companies, and also mis-informed you.  Unfortunately, unless you contacted a local Exede dealer, or you called the company directly at the number on Exede.com, you may have gotten any number of marketing companies that sell Hughes, Dish, and Exede.  In my experience these call center agents are not knowledgeable about all the products they are pushing.  Not everyone out there who claims to be Exede, really is.  Best place to find a local dealer is on exede.com and no other place. 

Bottom line....ALWAYS contact a local dealer for any technology product you are considering purchasing.  They are the LOCAL expert and should be able to give you the best advice. 

Now, the product you have is the best in satellite internet.  Your first bill is pro-rated based on the service plan you purchased.  If you have not had your issues resolved, please feel free to give me a call and I will try and assist you.  Exede does genuinely care about their customers and their product.
