EXEDE SATELLITE EXEDE INTERNET SATELLITE THE POOR INTERNET SERVER EXEDE …NEVER NEVER BUY IT.. IT IS WORTHLESS. IT’S SUPPOSE TO BE SATELLITE INTERNET SERVICE. BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. I WAS “GUARANTEED TO BE ABLE TO ALSO USE MY MICROCELL. NOTHING BUT LIES. TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE UNLIMITED ACCESS TO THE INTERNET! RUINED MY ON DEMAND AND PLAYBACK ALSO. WORST EVER COMPANY!! BEGGED THEM THE SAME WEK TO PLEASE COME REMOVE THE SATELLITE FROM MY HOME!! LAUGHED AT ME, VERY RUDE C.S. ENGLEWOOD California

I called and ordered DIRECTV and an appointment was made. While the installer was here for directv installation, he askd "who do i have as our internet provider?" I told MR C, the install, Directv installation tech that i had not made my mind up, But told him that i want when i do decide , that i want to get internet sevice that will work well with my AT&T microcell. I(It is a device that will boost cell phone reception). The technition then used his own cell phone, and called HIS friend who also works for Directv/EXEDE ,/WILD BLUE, and asked when his next day he would be available to install internet here, (AT MY HOME).  Mind you, I NEVER CALLED AND ORDERED ANY INTERNET SERVICE fromanyone.  This man told me that EXEDE/WILD BLUE internet was excellent, the best, and would work absolutly perfect with my AT&T (microcell also. While he had his friend on the phone , he asked if i would like to have the exede installed the following week.( WITH ALL THE GUARANTEE'S). I told him if it is as good as he says it is, that i would let the EXEDE/WILDBLUE INTERNET to BE installed also.   OK .... This is where my television and internet service immediatly turned into a nightmare. NO ON DEMAND... NO 5 SECOND SHORT VIDEO's. Very Very poor internet service. Honestly, the worst i have ever experienced!! They NEVER mentioned a 24 MONTH contract for this crap. Although when i called customer support, they said that i signed the little black box that the tech had with him agreeing to ""their terms... BUT thankfully i had a witness here with me, when the installation technician asked me to sign the box , agreeing that i was giving him permission to install a pole in my yard for the satellite dish, and that i accepted the boxes for DIRECTV to use and will pay the rental price per month. Rip OFF ,.. FALSE Information.   Even the customer support woman that i talked to agreed with me that because EXEDE/WILDBLUE not only didn't give me an email address to be contacted or for my self to email EXEDE/WILDBLUE, AND because i had it LESS Than 30 days, that she said there should not be a problem with discontinuing this service.  But her Manager was very rude, and also said NO, They will not discontinue my Horrible EXEDE/WILDBLUE, AND now Directc.  the DIRECTV won't let me watch on demand because of the SUPER SLOW satellite.   I have had terrible anxiety , sleeplessness nights over this RIP OFF mess that EXEDE/WILD BLUE put me in!!  Please everyone out there ...BEWARE OF DIRECTV/EXEDE/WILDBLUE.... rip off rip off rip off!!!

Directv/exceed scam

I was also recently scammed by Directv and Exceed.  I called Directv to get my bill lowered.  They told me about bundling with Exceed.  directv said it was great for streaming and that if I did not like it I could cancel it within the first 30 days.  I used up my Exceed internet usage in 3 days. I then tried to cancel it and they would not cancel it unless I paid a $350.00 cancellation fee!  Beware of Exceed and Directv.  It is a scam!!!
