This company is out of Arvada and Denver Colorado. They say that they will help you out of your timeshare, but what they really do is help you out of your money THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!
This company says that they take over your timeshare contract but you will end up (like us) just paying the maintenance fees and getting nothing for your $2,000 - $5,000 (whatever the slick salesperson can get out of you).
If you have been contacted by this SCAM - report them to your local authorities and the news. Maybe with enough attention, these people will stop scamming old people out of their retirement and taking their timeshares from them.
The scammer is a guy by the name of Erik Larsen. I don't know much about this guy, but when I find out more I will post it here.
I personally just want my money back! I am going to do a CHARGEBACK on my credit card today.
Anyone else had this experience you need to contact your police station immediately or it will never stop!

The above complaint was posted by Kristopher Chavez of Castle Pines, Colorado. He is the owner of a timeshare company here in Denver, CO called Timeshare Rescue. I'll even give him some free advertising www.timesharerescue.com. He posted similar articles on http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/exit-timeshares--ets-ltd--green-ventures-llc-c195854.html a few days earlier. Kris used to work for Timeshare Relief in Torrance, CA (See http://www.timesharerelief.com/about/) hence the Torrance location listed on the complaint.
FULL DISCOSURE
As I sit here at 4:11 AM wondering why someone would write such a thing and slander my good name, I feel compelled to speak out. Exit Timeshares was founded in Denver Colorado to help Timeshare owners get out of their troublesome timeshare contracts. Kris and I met briefly here in Denver and I started my own company not necessarily to compete, but to see if I could do it better.
Exit Timeshares is a startup with limited resources and I dropped close to $4,000.00 of my own money in the last year to get this going. We needed to differentiate ourselves from the competition so we brought a Colorado Bar certified attorney with over 25 years experience on board to design our contracts in a way that is most effective for the client and as a managing partner. He also invested a significant amount of his own money into the organization.
To this day, we have two members with related graduate law degrees from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, and an attorney with over 25 years of property law experience as a team advocating on behalf of timeshare owners.
