I planned a vacation to disney land orlando and starting looking for packages over the web.
Compared a few sites and finally settled for a part of trip with expedia.

Booked a package for a hotel +car near disney, Orlando.

Next day I get a mail from expedia that the hotel we booked has some problems and we need to re-book. I call them and they offer us something around 35 miles away from disney.
we negotiated our bit and finally they said that, they have will have us booked in Days Inn which is 8 miles away from disney.

finally the day arrives and we land in orlando. To our horror, we find that the hotel which these guys booked was indeed 35 miles away. we call them up and were kept on hold for 90 minutes and then an operator comes online and says that we need to pay extra around 400$ for getting anything nearer to disney. (just because its not advance enough, but I planned my trip with expedia 2 months in advance and no one understands that)

we finally fret and crib and then decide to go to the one 35 miles away.
Now here's the cherry on the cake.

The hotel guy says that he doesn't have a reservation at all on my name. I call up expedia and they say that they have booked but are wondering why the hotel doesn't have it.

Ok things apart, I ask them what to do.

Then they repeat the same old story of paying 400$ extra because every other hotel price is not near where I booked initially (yeah makes sense because I booked around 2 months in advance)

The EXPEDIA operators are so dumb, that they cannot  simply understand the fact that its not a change in reservation but a totally different problem , of them not providing me what I had paid for. So expedia had my money for 2 months and did nothing to provide me for what I paid them.

All the operators in expedia (and their managers) are so dumb ( I suspect all of them must be high school drop offs or retards that they dont understand plain english) that they donot know what is a change in reservation and what is cheating! and on top of this I dont have their names , because they are simply restricted to give their last names and every first name is either a jack, mark or bill.

Will Never Ever again book using expedia and please dont go for the cheap packages offered by them. you get what you pay for. U are warned and you will regret it.
