I ordered tickets on Expedia online and paid Travel protection fee $22 as my insurance fee to cancel tickets in future case. Now I decided to cancel tickets because of changing plans. I called Expedia for many times and they always keep saying Sprint airline was responsible to manage it. I called Sprint and they said i have to call Expedia because they got my TravelProtection insurance fee. Expedia always keep me waiting after their phone machine found my phone number as my ID. They avoid me and say computer system was messed up and ask me to call back in an hour or two hour or one day later... I called many many times... expedia travel protection insurance seems not working and not insure any canncellatio. they fool us customers.. Fraud!

Why are your explainations better than Expedia Rep? They donot say that.. Just ask me to call Sprint again and again and keep me awaiting for long. I am deaf and unemployed.. Also I was planing to go to visit Deaf Nation Expo in LV this July but someone told me that I had to register for ticket before going to LV. Expo Tikcets are all gone. I am getting upset so I decided to cancel tickets.

You purchased Travel Insurance, this is not something that lets you get your money back for any reason. There is NOTHING on their site or in the terms that state this. Now, if you have proof that it says that just "changing plans" is covered then you may have a valid complaint. But my guess is that you will find no such text.
Now, what does Travel Insurance cover? Generally it covers if you can't make it due to illness, but they require a doctors statement for this. Some may cover you if you loose your FULL time job. Most will cover you if the company goes out of business. There may be some other cases covered like mechanical break-down, death in the family, etc. But every one of those require PROOF, and none are just that you decided to change your plans.
Now, if you do have a qualifying event, then you should have received documentation on how to make a claim. This is NOT going to be the same number as making a reservation on Expedia as it is most likely another totally different company.
