Experian uses deceptive tactics to charge unsespecting consumers one dollar for their credit report and then later charges $21.95 for a credit check service after a "7-day trial period. Experian has been sued in the past and continues this deceptive practice. I feel that it is the duty of our government to stop this type of action that preys on consumers.

Over 400 complaints were filed on several websites about this practice. It is about time that someone puts an end to these companies perpousfully deceiving consumers. For some reason it seems that consumers in this country are indefesible when it comes to this type of activity. As a veteran of the military, I am outraged that the US government allows its citizens to be victims and stands by and repetedly allows this type of behavior.
