I requested my "Free" credit report on 6/13/13. The home page clearly stated it was free but for $1 I coulsd access it immediately. It also stated that it was a monthly service but I could cancel the service within 7 days.

I called on 6/17/13 to cancel the service and was told it wass cancelled and given a reference#.

I was checking by credit card billing later in the day and discovered a charge for $1 and one for $32.95 from Experian. I called again and was told that the charge was for a trimerge report that I had ordered. The inital page said nothing abuot nay additional charges and that I could cancel within 7 days which I did. They refused to refund the charge and argued it was disclosed on other pages in the web site.

DO NOT go here and expect a free credit rport!!!
