EXPO and Seers signing and entering contracts. Then refusal to to acknowledge they signed even though they sent the signed and sealed contracts. Caution when dealing with Nigerian oil "allocation" holders.

Seers Oil & Gas and EXPO Petroleum False and Fraudulent Claims against TEKEL

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, March 28, 2017

Rebuttal by TEKEL to SEERS and EXPO is full of false, nefarious untruths. Virtually everything they represent in their rebuttal is false except SEERS and EXPO signed an unambiguous contract for payment and reneged on the deal the very next day! Period. SEERS, and EXPO and their officers' claims - all of them - except acknowledging their executing an Agreement - again negotiated in good faith with SEERS and EXPO changes accepted by TEKEL are false and blatantly untrue. This is a simple contract whereby they entered into promising payment on execution - which was signed by SEERS and EXPO in exchange for direct business consulting and access. It is clear now SEERS and EXPO had no intention or ability of paying TEKEL per the Agreement. We stand firmly by our original complaint and have signed correspondence, emails and proof as the basis for the original complaint against SEERS and EXPO. Beware!

Dear Publisher,

To my dismay, your platform and/or site is now a vehicle used in casting aspersions on my company, personal integrity on me and my business partners. This claim is simply a deliberate intent of misleading the actual facts when the complainants willfully engaged in fraudulent misrepresentation and negligent misstatement in form for business representation and illicit gains.

Furthermore, I believe the representation was made with intent to deceive and with the knowledge that it was false, thereby resulting in a fraudulent misrepresentation. Had I known the dexterity of the falsity presented to me at the onset, I would never have entered into a purported commission agreement contract as a CONSULTANTs to certain Oil Majors such as EXXONMOBILE, SHELL, CHEVRON and other but to mention a few. He falsely claimed to be gainfully employed /working for SHELL in an audacious senior executive capacity as the insider lead of procurement and contracting for Buyer committee procurement to SHELL.

In addition, CONSULTANTs bi-weekly claimed-dinner with high ranking officials of EXXONMOBILE and Foundations of EXXONMOBILE were unverifiable. In another instance, the CONSULTANTS, falsely changed, adulterated the purported commissions to be paid and this action was the straw that broke all communications and subsequently led to the cancellation of the said agreement. With a swift due diligence conducted within 24 hours, the truth prevailed; hence, subsequent commission agreement was retracted, a letter was issued to that effect. Please see attached letter of cancellation. At any given time Consultants never presented any financier, Majors, Oil companies as initially purported.

The facts of the matter are as follows:

On December 5th, 2016 I was approached by TEKEL SALES & MARKETING CO. whereby I was informed of potentials sales to be realized as a designated seller to majors (Oil Companies) purporting to represent [SHELL, CHEVRON, EXXON MOBILE, TOTAL and other Major refineries]. I agreed to enter into an agreement that would be predicated on the outcome of my due diligence for purported services to be rendered. On December 6th, 2016, a preliminary commission arraignment/pre-contractual agreement was signed by me and forwarded to the CONSULTANTs for acknowledgment. Upon return, the commission and pre-contractual agreement fees were changed from what I offered to them originally. It was during this time that I learned from our due diligence and other investigation conducted on the CONSULTANTs knowingly made fraudulent misrepresentation and negligent misstatement in form for business representation for illicit gains. Further to the investigation, I have since made my own inquiries and believed to have been misled and deceived at all times.

Upon confronting CONSULTANTs on knowingly changing the agreement with intent to defraud, I demanded for proof of capacity and/or employment with any of the Oil Majors and/or Refineries, but no evidentiary document was presented then and now. Then, I realized that CONSULTANTs knowingly disregard for truth, presented fake representation and deliberately acted with the intent of misleading for illicit monetary gain from the canceled fraudulent pre-contractual agreement.

Most importantly, the complainant or CONSULTANTs claim for proof of product should be quashed. The CONSULTANTs requested for proof of product while we were conducting the due diligence and /or investigation on the company - TEKEL SALES & MARKETING CO. Once revealed of their falsity, I canceled all request along with the agreement. CONSULTANTs request for proof of product were inconsequential because they are not Oil Buyers but just purported referral services.

To this end, please review both party submissions and I request a relief for removal of my name, company name, and my partners from your website due to CONSULTANTs malfeasance conducts for willfully, knowingly and intentionally falsely representation of claims for breach of contract while mistakenly was egregiously negligent for misstatement and deceit.

Indeed, for the pre-contractual agreement statement to be an actionable representation it must have been a statement of fact and proven. Such is not in this case with the CONSULTANTs words or conduct.

Thank You.
