express consolidation Rip-off Liars Deceivers Cheaters will not refund my first month payment to them which was suppose to be used to pay my creditors fraudulent rip-off business Delray Beach Florida

Express Consolidation has lied and deceived me.I was never told that they would keep my first month payment. When I signed up with them I was told that they were a Non Profit Organization and they could help get me out of debt,and only fee i would be charged is 39.00 month which was included in my monthly payment. I sent first payment of $450.00 which was not used to pay my creditors.I live on a fixed income and can not afford to just give $450.00 away.I sent my payments to them every month on the 3rd and never been late, but they can't pay my creditors on time.

Now, I've received 6 of my December 2002 statements that shows no payment for December at all to my creditors. When I called Express about this they said all my creditors payments was sent out on December 19 2002.I've been calling my creditors every other day to see if they had received their December payments.

2 of them got their payment the 27th of December, one got theirs the 30 of December,and one got theirs the 6 of January 2003, this creditor called me to let me know they got the payment but it was postmarked January 2 2003 not the 19 of December like Express said.

When I called Express again January 13 2003 to let them know 2 of my creditors still had not received Decembers payment and that I no longer want their services they still stuck to the story that all my creditors payment went out on the 19 of December and that the creditors were not posting my payments and that I could not get my 450.00 back because it was used as legal fees to handle my creditors accounts. Can You Please Help Me?
