On the Express Flooring website, (expressflooring.com), they advertise a cruise for two when you get flooring and have them install it. When a man by the name of Mark came to my house, he was extremely pushy. When Mark arrived, we told him that we would like the cruise, and he then insisted that we sign a document. Mark did not fully explain what this document was, just saying "sign here," but the title was, "What you Should Know Before the Installer Arrives." Mark gave us an estimate which was about $3600.00 more than some of the estimates we were given by other flooring stores. When we told him it was much higher than we expected, he said he can take the cruise off, which took down the estimate by approximately $3600.00. They advertise that you get a vacation, so they give estimates based on the cruise AND the flooring. People may think they can get a vacation, when in fact, they have to pay full price for it. We asked them to come to our house because of the cruise that they advertise, but it's just a ploy to get them to come out and buy from them. After the cruise was taken off the estimate, the estimate was still significantly higher than competitors' prices. Because of the high estimate and the advertisement of a cruise which we would end up paying for anyway, we decided not to buy from them.
