i went to express lube and tune specialists sam jawad tod me my car needed 3 motor mounts & told me it would hurt my car more if i continued to drive it. i paid him $500.00 & left. well i drove some ways & had to call sam back & tell them water was coming out of a hose that goes to my radiator and my car was over heating. sam tells me that wasnt there fault i told him my car didnt do that when i dropped it off to him. i finaly get him to agree to fix that problem he didnt want to. now 3 months later i pull in to a place called city garage & ask them to look at my car & tell me why its got a bad idle. the man tells me immeditly that i have a broken motor mount and showed me the broken mount .it was the mount that sam claims he fixed .so i took it to another mechanic he tells me i have a broken mount. so i go back to sam at express lube and he tells me they fixed them and pointed out the 3 mounts he claims he had fixed. then i tell him no you did not fix all 3 of them and pointed out the one he claims he fixed .he then starts telling me the mechanics are lying and he wasnt going to fix it. then changes his mind & tells me it must be a defect he has to get in touch with the company he got the mounts from tells me to he would call me in a week .well i had to call him he never called me back. then he wants me to bring him my car &drive it to anothr location. tells me he needs ramps to lift car i tell him you got ramps you lifted it before then tells me he wants to charge me for the labor to replace the new mount. i already paid him to fix. i dont trust any thing he says and who knows the mounts he put on maybe old ones of another car. i paid $500.oo and got ripped off big time
