Express toll service E-470 toll E-470 is incompetent Aurora Colorado

 Long story short used to prepass cancelled it they had an old email address I updated it on 3 separate occasions was told I would receive a bill in the mail never received one so I called told him I had used the tolls they looked up my address my license plate said I didn't have anything to pay they had my email address wrong again they updated. again I called back a few months again same exact thing updated the email address again .last time I called the gentleman said I would not need to call in again everything is updated and I would receive a bill in the mail if I used E-470. I am now receiving an $1,800 bill along with a collection lawyers for E-470 are very rude very mean-spirited it is not my fault E-470 workers are incompetent and you not know how to update an email and I'm sorry but the boards say we will mail you a bill but I guess that's five years later and $1,800 later
