Extreme Lean Garcinia Free sample equals ripoff! tampa Florida

I saw an add for Garcinia Cambogia Extreme Lean claiming Blake Shelton had lost weight with these pills.

For $4.99 I was shipped my "free sample" which arrived in a plain envelope with no return address.

A couple of weeks later I see my bank balance was zero, because unbeknownst to me the Extreme Lean Garcinia company took funds out of my checking account without my permission or knowledge.  

I have had to cancel my bank card, order a new one. Contact various services that utilize my card with my new information. I had to contact the bogus company, Extreme Lean Garcinia from Tampa Florida and threaten a lawsuit.  They have agreed to refund my half of wha they took out of my checking account without permission ( which takes 5-10 business days) and then they will refund the remainder when I return their bogus product.

I am really annoyed and in disbelief that this company does this unhindered to countless unsuspecting consumers.  They really should be shut down, yesterday!  My banking institution knew all about the scam; as if it's a daily occurence.  Really!!!! Why?
